Continuous engagement with the customer and the Partner associates over the engagement life cycle is key to the success of any consulting & advice project. Many times after the contracting phase with the customer the scope goes through multiple iterations and changes and all of these needs to be well understood and documented, failing which the outcomes and results committed to the customer is not achieved or partially achieved.
